Eurovia Roadstone

The division lists two sites: Dagenham Dock in Essex and Foxhall Four Quarry near Ipswich in Suffolk. Its team combines technical and operational skills, works alongside customers on their projects and can produce materials to any specification, including bespoke proprietary mixes. It draws on wider group support for asphalt production, technical expertise, product design and modified bitumen development.

Products

The proprietary range includes the ULM, Fibrovia and Ultraphone thin surface course systems, which hold BBA HAPAS approval and meet Clause 942. Designs are held at the production sites and the materials are laid by accredited surfacing contractors. Tempera is a range of low temperature alternatives to existing products, using an admixture to keep workability at lower temperatures and offering a lower carbon option. RediPatch is a bagged material for small patch repairs and ironwork reinstatement, heated and laid with a small transportable unit so no visit to an asphalt plant is needed.

RECOFOAM is a cold bound material manufactured close to the job site, using mobile equipment to re-use and re-purpose the existing road surface as an alternative to hot asphalt and reducing embedded carbon. Eurovia links the Tempera and RECOFOAM ranges to the group's aim of reaching net zero carbon by 2050.

Accreditations and memberships shown on the Eurovia website include SSIP, FORS, the Considerate Constructors Scheme, the Road Surface Treatments Association and the RSMA.
