About Fosroc Ltd
Fosroc is a manufacturer of high performance construction chemicals and materials, offering what it calls Constructive Solutions that combine its product range with technical support, from cement production through to final finishes. A British heritage brand with origins more than 80 years ago, Fosroc International Ltd was established in its current form in 1972, its name derived from FOSECO. Milestones listed by the company include a merger with Expandite in 1991 and acquisition by the JMH Group from BP in 2002. The site now carries Saint-Gobain branding and refers to Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals in its news.
Fosroc operates in more than 25 countries with offices and manufacturing across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India and Asia, plus distributor representation and export elsewhere. The UK has its own regional site, a UK Expert Hub for technical advice and sales regions covering the South East, South West, Midlands and North West, Scotland and North East, and Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Products and infrastructure
The product range spans adhesives, concrete admixtures, cement additives, concrete repair, grouts and anchors, industrial flooring, joint sealants, protective coatings, waterproofing and surface treatments, with brands including Nitobond, Nitotile and Dekguard. For highways and infrastructure, its concrete repair, joint sealant and waterproofing systems are the most relevant lines. In 2026 it exhibited with Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals at Highways UK, presenting solutions for resilient infrastructure, at LCRIG, showing highway products designed to reduce disruption and extend asset life, and at BTS 2026 with underground construction solutions. Fosroc also sponsors Glasgow Warriors rugby club and its children's camps.
