Ordering

Customers can browse the range online, register for an account and use a "tool bin" to group items by project before contacting the hire desk. All rates are quoted excluding VAT. The site does not name clients or projects, does not describe delivery terms, and shows trade body logos in its footer without saying what they relate to.

The company's stated service area is Greater London and the South East, served from its single listed depot in Thornton Heath. The site also carries a news section and a newsletter sign-up for updates on the hire range.
