About Rediweld Traffic Products
Rediweld Traffic Products is a British manufacturer of traffic calming, site safety, cycle lane and kerbing products made from recycled rubber. The company manufactures at its head office on Newman Lane in Alton, Hampshire, and supplies local authorities, consultants and contractors, including highway departments across the UK and customers from Europe to North America.
Rediweld introduced the original Traficop modular speed cushion in 1993 and RediKerb rubber kerbing in 1994. Later developments include Sitecop site safety products, the passive safety range, BusPad, RediPave modular traffic islands, HGV TruckStops and the Orca cycle lane separators, which it developed from 2014. More recent additions are the Raised Line Delineator in 2023 and the Sinusoidal Ramp in 2025. BusRamp and other products were used for transport at the London 2012 Olympics. The company has offered in-house installation since 2004.
Product range
Traffic calming products include Traficop speed cushions, raised tables, combination tables and the sinusoidal ramp. Kerbing and islands cover RediPave traffic and splitter islands, RediKerb surface kerbing and Milestone and Jislon islands. Cycle segregation products include the Orca, MiniOrca, Kerb Orca and wand Orca units. Parking and access products include TruckStop, CarStop, Sitecop and MiniSitecop speed ramps, and inclusive mobility products include BusPad, BusRamp and RediFix. Because the systems are modular, layouts can be configured for different road environments.
Rediweld holds ISO 9001 certification, SafeContractor approval and Achilles certification, and is a Constructionline Gold member.
