A 24 hour emergency call-out service operates seven days a week. Alongside traffic management, Traffic Direct hires out traffic management equipment, provides event traffic management, and offers traffic management design and consultancy, including drawings for local authority approval. Its civil engineering team carries out groundworks from Section 278 works to signal junction installations, and it installs inductive loops and sensors and other highway technology. Road marking work covers MMA, resin and thermoplastic materials.
