Its product range covers anti-collision systems, including the VT Banksman auto braking 77GHz radar, vehicle cameras and recording devices, including the VT VisionPro dashcam and VT Night Sight HD cameras, and warning alarms and systems to protect cyclists and other vulnerable road users. It also supplies the VT BrakeSafe and VT LoadSafe control systems, the VT Ident Plus driver authorisation system, anti-theft and security products, the VT Connect web based fleet management and telematics platform, and VT Solar panels to cut fuel use and emissions. The VT Lightboard warns drivers of workers in the road, and the company supplies Progressive Safe System kits for compliance with the Direct Vision Standard in Greater London.
Vision Techniques serves the construction, highway construction, municipal, quarrying and mining, freight and haulage, bus and coach, materials handling, agriculture and blue light sectors. Installations are carried out by a nationwide team of in house engineers, supported by an in house support desk, distribution centres and next day delivery. Customers quoted on its website include Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, West Lindsey District Council and Mixamate.
